Arrival & Departure Policy
Check-In Time :: 12 Noon   |   Check-Out Time :: 11:30 A.M.
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

Guarantee Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by making an advance payment either through Bank Transfer or Credit Card or Cash or a Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. One night's stay will be levied for cancellations received upto 24 hours prior to arrival. Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 24 hours prior to arrival or no-show. For all reservations, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charges, is required at the time of making a reservation. Without the advance payment, no reservation will be made.

Child Policy
One children up to 9 years of age can stay in the parent's room without any extra bed and additional charges.

Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed.
